Arraying in an advance line, calmly observing the missformed shapes come and go in focus as if an intense heat haze blighted the surroundings. Seeing the mighty automata take a hit from one of the things and seeing the hulk plating corrode from mere proximity the the jovial rotting brute he orders the conveyor to advance as a covenant of Adsecularis take position and prepare to fire charge in support.
All across the front Thallax and Adsecularis became engagued in a brawl with putrid corpse like creatures. The larger monstrocities wading through Thallax with little impediment. A rasping bellow issues forces Kane to focus as a trio of distorted putrid entities launch themselves at him.
The Castellax formed an iron wall between the wheezing creatures which tore into the automata with horrifying ease before one goes critical and detonates. Recording in facination Kane watches from the safety of his protective field as the creatures simply disolve as if never really there, except for the traces of effluance and rotting excretions before noting a monstrously large entity prepare to charge in.
Unfurling his machinator manipulators and monstrosity crashes into him with a great, fettid blade striking him before he even has chance to curse.
Watching as the hulking mass strikes Kane down, a smaller but still imposing creature of decaying flesh catches Ilus' calculating stare and he designates the creature as a priority target and a pair of heavy bolter thralls open fire, "Let this contradiction of flesh feel the Omnissiahs fury!".
With a priority order over the local battlenet, remaining units focus fire on the designated creature, blasting wet lumps of meat from its frame before the thing begins to disolve from sight with an oily sheen.
As the thing laughs in its own demise, an opening to the down magos is presented and Ilus orders the Kane's body be collected by his Triaros, seeing the magos' lifesign indicate he yet lives and can be restored.
