Structure
The W.C. is headed by a Secretary General and is assisted by a Deputy Secretary General. The W.C. is structured much like a national government, with a judicial branch (Court), legislative branch (Parliament), and executive branch (Cabinet).
In addition to these branches, two other departments were created for aid. The Assembly creates the agenda for meetings and needed actions. The Assembly also meets regularly to discuss items of action or concern. The other department is the Socioeconomic Council, which seeks to better the quality of life in addition to bettering and preserving the state of economy.
Public Agenda
Generally, the Council wishes to promote international cooperation and alleviate any tensions between countries. Other items are on it's agenda, such as raising awareness for environmental disasters or societal issues.
Assets
The W.C. is virtually every type of international organization rolled into one. Their Armed Forces and military recruit from the militaries of participating countries. The total number of confirmed military personnel is 213945. A small portion of these form the Griffin Guards and Lancers.
While the army is quite large, the system fleet is quite small. Due to material shortages and a continuing search for a process able to mass produce graphene, the fleet consists of only a couple dozen ships. These ships are typically small frigates or destroyers.
Along with the military, the W.C. has a plethora of bases throughout the system. Military outposts exist on the dwarf planet at the edge of the Origin System, as well as on the multitude of gas giant moons. Research bases and agricultural installations are also common on jovian moons.
The W.C. also has a small shipyard on the edge of the inner asteroid belt, serving as a manufacturing and repair site for all registered vessels.
