Scorus

The continent of Scorus is located at the pole of the planet where three tectonic plates spiral into and away from each other. At the center of this unique tectonic formation there is an active super volcano, The Bleeding Mountain, that is constantly pouring lava that form rivers in all directions across the continent. Rivers of lava are as common as rivers of water on the continent.

The continent is predominated by the artic and tundra climates. The shores are sandy. Where the lava flows and rivers run there are boreal forests. The Ome build their largest cities where lava flows and rivers meet as that is where the continent is most forested which is suitable for their species.

The continent of Scorus is surrounded by two atolls from eras past. The inner islands are large with a temperate climate. These islands are largely covered by forest and mountains. The outter islands are small and have largely eroded away as they are extremely old. These islands have a tropical climate with high humidity.

Sokinn is mostly located on the main land of the continent. Merris have nestled themselves in The Bleeding Mountain to harness the power of the volcano. Aajibah is settled on the tropical islands. Reincarnation Sacredotal state has settled on the inner islands.

The Apraati originated on the continental mainland. The Ome originated on the islands outside of the main land. The Dowdrynn were placed around the planet and appear here as well.
