Enhanced Cantrips

The DM reserves the right to tweak and overhaul any of these at any time should they prove broken.
Scroll Crafting
Those who are proficient in the
Arcana skill can scribe scrolls of their own. Previously, this required currency and could make currency in return; thanks to the R.E.C.'s official backing by the Empire, this is no longer necessary; the requisite materials can be provided as part of the standard budget. Due to this, selling crafted scrolls for money is also no longer necessary.
To scribe a Spell Scroll, the following conditions must be met:
- The scribe has proficiency in the Arcana skill.
- The scribe has all material components required by the spell.
- The spell is known and prepared by the scribe.
It takes the following amount of time to create a Spell Scroll. For high level spells this can be separated across multiple sessions of downtime.
