Crown forged by Lilith herself to solidify her position as Queen of Frost and fight Derecho. It grants immunity to cold damage and powers ice spells by adding four extra damage dice to the spell. The wearer can also cast Blizzard at will. (Four charges)
It Bleeds Ice: Any area the wearer touches becomes frozen and any flame dies. Anywhere the wearer went the temperature dropped dramatically in a 120 foot (37-meter) radius sphere to a minimum of -13℉ (−25 ℃).
Absolute Zero: The wearer becomes the absent of heat themselves, making the area so cold around them that time itself freezes. The wearer can spend that time preparing a ritual of their choice but cannot exceed 30 minutes, otherwise they will become frozen solid and shatter into millions of ice crystals. The spells Wish and Divine Intervention cannot save them.
