Ocdes; God of Armies and The Military.

Ocdes is the God of Armies and The Military. He has a significant worship on most continents. Most of the various military traditions and customs originate from the many different ways people have worshiped the deity. He has never been cast as a heroic warrior God however, always the strategist. He enjoys watching the fields of battle around the world, witnessing the innovations and developments made by the fighting peoples. To him, the life of a warrior is a sacred thing and any leader being careless with the lives of their followers will quickly offend Ocdes. He will intervene with subtle alterations to cause the downfall of those he despises.
The Sects of Ocdes are as widely spread as the military organisations of the world. The worship goes hand in hand with service. There are no continent spanning sects due to the groups often trying to kill each other.
