The Raven Queen is the ancient goddess of death. She is far older than her appearance lets on, and her true name has long been lost. Her patrons seek her favor to guide them in death and prevent the curse of undeath from falling on them. She is also one of the few mortals who were capable of achieving the status of godhood.
The Raven Queen is married to Lady Istus, the goddess of time.
She has a strong hatred for undeath and is fierce enemies with the arch-lich Vecna.
