Deiro

Deiro, Named after the first god, Is an old world made up of six large landmasses named after each of Deiro's children, Nusk (North), Ern (East), Sanare (South East), Lurth (South West), Wabax (West), And Ritter (Central). Each landmass has been populated with life from each of their gods respectively and in turn each land mass is very loyal to their own creator. The gods were last seen Five thousand and some odd years ago and the world has made little progress since.   The six lands inhabitants tend to stay on their own land in order to avoid the inconvenience of mingling with beings created from the "Wrong" gods. This Isolation has led to stagnation in global politics, But has caused each nation to achieve a thriving economy. The last real war was over one thousand years ago, However each nation has its share of warlords and bandits alike. Nothing that the average citizen has to worry about considering the years of peace has led to each of the landmasses capitols becoming what is essentially unconquerable through military might, leading to espionage and information wars in order to take a position of power from the current seat until the same happens to the person who takes the seat next. The world has stopped spinning for there is no need to advance when there is relatively endless peace. The world refuses to motion itself ahead, and it will need someone to drag it forward kicking and screaming if need be, but will the world view them as a hero, or a villain?
