Firstly, aesthetics may have to be discussed. The architecture of the Salvëtians is plain, resembling what we might call the American Colonial style, though the walls would be of plain stone and mortar, and the capitol building of Saluët would resemble a colonial era American courthouse, rather than a grand structure of any kind. Note that the structures are predominately of stone bricks, as the quarries outside the city are quite productive, and it is cheaper to use than the wood, which must be transported from the Southern reaches of the state. For the people themselves, their attitudes might be closely associated with those of the Puritans and Calvinists. Linguistically, I'd give them a plain, Midwest-American accent, though they could have a propensity to roll their Rs due to the linguistic heritage of the Lindons, being their tongue is influenced by Rhumnic and Saxon speech in their world. There would possibly be the Ecclesian priest, Benedict Walker, who is lightly discussed in the article on Soulrot. He hails from Lindon, and joined the clergy of the Ecclesian church at the age of 19, as he was the youngest son in his family, standing to inherit little as he stood. This man set forth to Mëria in the year of 2900 to support the holdouts of his Church in the country, which had since fallen into apostasy and spiritual rot after the Mërian Civil War of AS2776. He discovered Soulrot amongst the Salvëtian populace in AS2904, which led to his discovery of Daemons in the land a year later. It would not be a stretch of logic to say he may have taken it upon himself to hunt Daemons while the Salvëtians try and fail in their attempts to cleanse their population. Should Benedict be present, he would need certain tools and rituals to fight Daemons, naturally, in his line of work. Daemons can be commanded by one who wields Luminous magick, as Daemons' souls are made from corrupted Luminous magick; Soulrot can likewise be expunged from the body and soul in this manner. Words commonly uttered against Daemons may include "Exí, räunosum, a numinë Deo!" (Leave, fallen thing, by the divine will of God), "O Sanctus Urbanus, pernicius Daemonium, ora por nobis in hóc timpore dolórium in periculo Hostilium." (O Saint Urbanus, Bane of Daemons, pray for us in this time of sorrows in the danger of the Enemies(Nix)), "A numinë Créatoris, Hostiles Moraorum abite!" (By the divine will of the Creator, Enemies of Mankind begone!). Alongside the words, he may bear Arcane tools to enhance his power, such as a Stellium, a crystal pendant carved in the shape of a four-pointed star (the universal symbol for the Sun, and Luminous magick), usually made from quartz, adamant, or topaz.
