Scabith (Scab*ith)
The frozen homework of the Keapers and the Theocracy. Scabith is an important location to the keaper's.
Geography
a planet thats land is covered in snow 99% of the year, with glaciers that make setlment of certain areas impossible, along with completely frozen soil where only the most hardy crops grow. Anywhere that isn't frozen is heated by volcanos.there are however places that are covered in Aether crystal, here the frost doesn't affect the land. the soil is always fertile and the temperature is just right for keaper biology.
History
Where the One Truely Pure rose up and united the keapers into the keaper Republic. after centuries of unity a sect of the astirodi emerged, one worshiping Galax. they were suppressed by the keapers and only during the first galactic war did it start to spread. After being pushed back to there homework by the P.H.E during said war a keaper resistance formed to drive them off any land they took from scabith while the Republic was in ruins.It is said that the keaper resistance (that would latter become the theocracy) was lead by there psudodeity, the One Truely Pure, and there the keapers got to see just a glimpse of his power.
Tourism
being the Theocracies only highly developed world filled with Aether researchers, wannabe psions travel from all over the galaxy to learn psionics and experience the Theocracies unique history and culture, and many even make a breakthrough in psionics.
