Blood Maidens of the Red Lady

This fanatical sect of female vampires worship the red lady as if she was a god. They clean, maintain, preform blood offerings and protect the statue and its grounds at all costs.
Four Vampires dressed in sacramental garments gather within a private chamber in a building not far from the location of their goddess - The Red Lady.
Maiden Nateira : "The Lady has blessed me with a vision! A knight of the Ashen Ring is ripe for the taking. In a few days time, he will be traveling from the western gates to Fort Zaestra we must act quickly and intercept him before he can reach the safety of the walls. SHE demands his blood! Sister Sanura, make haste and use some of our human resources in the area to help take down this beast, be sure to bring him back alive."
Maiden Sanura : "At once sister, I do enjoy a good hunt."
With that Maiden Sanura leaves the room and begins her hunt.
Maiden Nateira : "Sister Guilda, the lady has special plans for this one, make sure you have a room prepared for him. Sister Expedita, double the guards and double the patrols. Though I doubt they would bold enough to attack us its better to be prepared."
They nod in agreement and leave to carry out their duties.
Maiden Sanura, a master of shifting forms uses her abilities to transform into a werewolf and makes her way to a small village with plenty of loyal slaves. They prepare a trap along the roadside and ready an ambush.
the human slaves dressed up like soldiers from Fort Zaestra march in formation towards the western gate. They meet up with the knights company and agree to escort the group, when the right moment presents itself it is a slaughter and the knights troops fall within seconds. The knights maul takes out seven of the fake soldiers before they are able to tangle the knight with nets and ropes, an arrow finds its target in the shoulder of the knight, the sleep poison takes effect shortly after.
With all the soldiers dead and the Knight secured and bound, Maiden Sanura shifts again into a giant bat snatches up her prey and flies back to the temple. The knight is placed in a locked torture room and bound to a rack. His gear is piled up into a corner. Over the course of the next month the knight kept alive but his blood is drained on a regular basis to offer to the red lady. during these sessions maiden Guilda brings in slaves dressed up to look like soldiers, merchants, and lords. Scripted lines are given to them to say.
Maiden Guilda enter the room with a few underlings and one slave dressed up as a merchant. She commands the slave to stand in front of the knight. She then begins her torturous bloodletting. "i do hope you are enjoying your stay here with us, The red lady thanks you for your offerings. I thought I would bring yet another person here to tell you how they gained the lady's favor. You there!" pointing at the dressed up slave. "Speak!"
Slave : With a hesitant and shaky voice he stutters. "I was the one who sold you and your men out, they told me there was a bounty on your head with a hefty reward." He slowly seems to build confidence "But the lady has blessed me, I was rewarded and my business bringing in slaves for her has earned me more money than I ever did transporting supplies to Fort Zaestra." He starts to continue but is quickly cut off.
Maiden Guilda : "ENOUGH!! Be silent." she orders. "You are upsetting our guest.." as she starts stitching up the open wound on the knight. "How many has that been now fifteen? twenty? so many people who have such little faith that they will sell their own in an attempt to save their own skin." The knights gagged face, though in pain from the newest wound, visibly resonates hate. More so towards the merchant than his captor. "With this latest batch of blood I believe you have the lady's favor as well, I think we should give you a treat." She then grabs the slave by the collar and drags him towards the door, orders all but one slave out of the room and tells the last one to unbind the knight. As soon as the Knight is freed from his chains she shoves the slave merchant into the room and slams the door locking the two slaves and the knight inside. muffled screams are heard for only a moment before there is silence. She then thinks to herself. "I'll send a few slaves in a week to remove the bodies, the knight would have died in a day or two anyway, his infections had spread to far."
5 days later Maiden Guilda is called to the torture chamber where she notes that the door has been completely broken off its hinges, from the inside. Two broken putrid bodies are on the floor barely recognizable but the knight himself is missing as is his gear. With a smirk Maiden Guilda already knows what has transpired and leaves to let the slaves to clean up.
A few days later, on the 23rd of Lau, to the west a lone hooded knight stands silently in the rain at the entrance to Fort Zaestra.
