Lunar

Lunar was a horse that lived in Grano, the lesser moon world of Thiandalune. Grano was a small and dark world, where the Star Gnomes (Granvesi) lived. The Star Gnomes were a clever and inventive race, who used magic and technology to create wonders and machines. They also loved to explore and discover new things, and they had built a space station that orbited around Grano.   Lunar was one of the horses that the Star Gnomes had brought to Grano from Sanul, the sun world of Thiandalune. The Star Gnomes had modified and enhanced the horses with magic and technology, making them faster, stronger, and smarter. They also gave them names based on celestial bodies, such as Lunar, Solar, Comet, and Star.   Lunar was a curious and adventurous horse, who liked to roam around Grano and see new things. He also liked to visit the space station, where he could see the stars and the other worlds of Thiandalune. He was friendly and loyal, and he had many friends among the Star Gnomes and the other horses.   One day, Lunar met Sergeant Thunderhoof, who had come to Grano with his companions. Sergeant Thunderhoof was on a mission to find and stop the Priestess of Misery, who had fled to Grano after her defeat in Sanul. Sergeant Thunderhoof needed a horse to ride on Grano, as his own horse had been killed by the Priestess of Misery’s minions. Lunar volunteered to be his mount, as he was impressed by Sergeant Thunderhoof’s courage and charisma.   Lunar and Sergeant Thunderhoof quickly formed a bond, as they shared a sense of adventure and curiosity. They also shared a sense of duty and honor, as they fought against the Priestess of Misery and her forces. Lunar proved to be a valuable ally to Sergeant Thunderhoof, as he could run faster than any normal horse, even on water or air. He could also sense danger and magic, alerting Sergeant Thunderhoof to any threats or opportunities.   Lunar also developed some special abilities, as he was exposed to Sergeant Thunderhoof’s weapon, Thunder. Lunar’s fur and mane became silver, and his eyes became blue. He could also shoot lightning from his eyes, creating sparks and shocks. He also gained a telepathic bond with Sergeant Thunderhoof, allowing them to communicate without words.   Lunar followed Sergeant Thunderhoof on his quest to find Avalon, the sacred land where a tree and a serpent awaited him. They traveled across different worlds and times, using the Staff of Souls as a portal. They encountered many wonders and dangers along the way, but they also made many friends and allies.   Lunar was with Sergeant Thunderhoof when he reached Avalon, where he met Yggdrasil and Nidhogg, the tree and the serpent. He was also with him when he faced the trial by fire, where he had to pluck one of the golden apples from Yggdrasil’s branches without being burned by Nidhogg’s fire. Lunar helped him succeed in this task, using his speed and his lightning to distract Nidhogg.   Lunar was also with Sergeant Thunderhoof when he became immortal and demi-godhood by Grimston the god of balance and astrology. Grimston praised Lunar for his loyalty and bravery, and granted him immortality as well. He also transformed him into a mystical creature, born from the moon’s light. He also gave him jeweled armor and finery that matched Sergeant Thunderhoof’s attire.
