This page details all of the structures the players can build under the players choice category. These are buildings that can be built in multiple different size categories. The players will decide what size they want the building to be. If the players come up with additional buildings that fit under this category they will be added.
Tavern with an Inn
- Taverns are the life blood of any town. A place where people gather and tell stories, every 7 days the tavern will dispense 1d4-1 rumors to the players. A tavern can also house guests and make money for the players every week. How big the tavern is will decide how much profit is generated.
- Small- 10 guests 2 gold per week
- Medium- 20 guests 5 gold per week
- Large- 30 guests and 7 gold per week
Brewery
- A place where alcohol is made to be sold to taverns, having a brewery in town will result in kegs being made that can be sold for profit. The size of the brewery will decide how many keys are produced. Every key is worth 5 gold.
- Small- 1d10 kegs
- Medium- 2d10 kegs
- Large- 3d10 kegs
Library
- A place where knowledge can be stored and archived for future generations. The benefits of having this will not be seen until future campaigns.
Jail
- A place to hold criminals, a jail will improve the morale of the town as well as hold a number of humanoids based on the size of the jail. The players can also use these to hold people.
- Small- can hold 10 humanoids
- Medium- can hold 15 humanoids
- Large- can hold 20 humanoids
- Extra Large- can hold 25 humanoids
Farm
- Farms will produce food for the town and increase moral. Farms can also produce a very small amount of gold weekly for the players. The size of the farm will determine how big of a morale boost and how much gold the players get.
- Small- small moral boost and 1 gold per week
- Medium- medium moral boost and 2 gold per week
- Large- large moral boost and 3 gold per week
Stable
- Stables will provide the town and the players with horses and a place to house them. Mounts that receive a long rest here will have their movement speed increased by 10 for 24 hours. The first two mounts must be acquired by other means, however mounts left in the stable for 30 days will produce 1+x new mounts where x is the number of mounts in the stable divided by 2. The size of the stable will decide how many mounts can be kept.
- Small- 4 medium or 1 large
- Medium- 8 medium or 2 large
- Large- 12 medium or 3 large
- Extra Large- 16 medium or 4 large
Animal Pen
- Allows creatures to be held securely and safely until players choose to release them. Creatures must not be humanoid.
- Small size- Can hold up to 5 small creatures, 3 medium creatures, or one large sized one.
- Medium - 10 small, 6 medium, 2 large, or 1 huge
- Large- 15 small, 9 medium, 3 large, or 1 huge
- Extra large-20 small, 12 medium, 4 large, or 2 huge
Merchant
- A person who will sell and provide good for the town and the players. The size of the merchant will depend on how many goods they can sell and how much gold they bring in for the players weekly. Good will change every 7 days, but the players decide what kind of goods their merchant sells from the merchant table.
- Small Merchant- choose 1 merchant from the table. Will bring in 1 gold per week
- Medium Merchant- choose 2 merchants from the table. Will bring in 3 gold per week
- Large Market Stalls- choose 3 merchants from the table. Will bring in 5 gold per week
- Extra Large Market Stalls- choose 5 merchants from the table. Will bring in 10 gold per week

Structures attached to houses
- Armory- Allows followers who are currently not count as guards to defend the town
- Dining Hall- Every 7 days the players may hold a banquet. The player rolls 1d4 (or a 1d8 if an individual with proficiency in cook’s utensils has prepared the meal) and divides out the result as points of inspiration to those present
