Character Questionnaire

This is the questionnaire for players to use to help flesh out their characters. Every player needs to fill this out and send a copy of their answers to the DM. Its okay if you cannot answer all of the questions but the more you can answer the better. Be sure to state in the Questions you leave unanswered that you intentionally have done so.

How the world sees you

• What are peoples first impressions of you?
• What would other people say is your greatest strength?
• What would other people say is your greatest weakness?
• Do people tend to notice you or not?
• Are you easy to get along with? Make friends easily or not?
• How well does your character work with other people? (You will still be required to work with the party no matter how you answer this)

How you see the world

• Does your character have any biases towards other races?
• Does your character have any biases towards your own race?
• Are you religious and if so what religion do you follow?
• What is your character afraid of?
• What are your characters feelings on authority?
• What does your character think about sex?
• What is their sexual orientation?

• What was the most defining event in your characters life so far?
• How did your character end up in their class/profession?
• What does your character think are their strengths?
• What does your character think are their weaknesses?
• What is your characters short term goal?
• What is your characters long term goal/greatest ambition?
• Is there anyone that your character cares about more than themselves?

• What is something that no other living person knows?
• Does your character have any recurring dreams or nightmares?
• What is something that your character pretends to care about?
