Hates undead with a passion strong enough to seek them out in the physical world and bring them to rest. He's not able to go there directly, but by sending Devas and getting them to fuse, he can come close to it.
He came into being during the Curse, the first new god born in a long time. (Or maybe ascended from celestial?)
