One-Who-Shatters

One-Who-Shatters is a white female dragonborn berserker who walks with a notable limp. She wields several axes on her belt, which adds to the juxtaposition of her looking rather out of place as the tavern proprietor. She stands at over two meters of height and has a habit of knocking her horns on the candelabras of the common room. 
She's traveled to Icewind Dale to pay homage to the Mother of Mothers, a great white dragon who was killed on the ice of Lac Dinneshare and whose remains can still be seen on a windless day when the lake is crystal clear
