Actions

Life Drain. Melee Spell Attack: +4 to hit, reach 5 ft., one creature. Hit: 10 ( 3d6 ) necrotic damage. The target must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or its hit point maximum is reduced by an amount equal to the damage taken. This reduction lasts until the creature finishes a long rest. The target dies if this effect reduces its hit point maximum to 0.

It drifted through the air like a breath exhaled from the lungs of the deep, its form coalescing and unraveling in an endless cycle. Made of blue vapor tinged with glimmers of silver, the creature shimmered as if lit from within by moonlight caught in mist. Its shape was never still—limbs would extend, stretch, dissolve, and reform elsewhere, always ghostlike and insubstantial. A faint hum accompanied its presence, as though it sang in frequencies too ancient or sorrowful to be fully heard. Where it moved, the air grew damp and cold, and a fine dew clung to everything it passed, like tears left behind by a forgotten god.

Can appear any where in the world. The Dark conjures these creatures at times. Other times they are created intentionally by those wielding the Dark.
