Iron Chopper
Ironclad Quinn’s motorcycle is more than a machine; it’s a testament to her ingenuity and determination. Pieced together from the discarded scraps of the wasteland, this chopper is a rugged masterpiece of engineering, blending salvaged tech with her own custom enhancements. Its frame, forged from scavenged steel, gleams with a patchwork of mismatched panels that bear the scars of countless rides and repairs. The roar of its engine, a blend of modified combustion and electrical circuits, is as distinct and unmistakable as Quinn herself. She has spent years refining every inch of the bike, equipping it with gadgets that make it more than a vehicle—a tool for survival, exploration, and, when necessary, intimidation. To Quinn, this chopper is more than a pride and joy; it’s a symbol of resilience, a reminder that even in the rust and ruin, something extraordinary can be forged.
Bike, Wheeled
These are durable basic machines with strong chassis and thick, large, run-flat tires with heavy treads. They don’t offer any protection to the rider.
Special. Bikes can operate like mounts instead of vehicles for the purposes of combat. This vehicle automatically passes Dexterity checks at x8 and x10 speed.
Resistances. Bikes have resistance to cold.
Resistance (Enduro). Enduro bikes have resistance to fire.
Power Generation
This bike has been modified so that it can be powered by either a battery or by gas, depending on what is available at the time.
Armor and defense
Armor Class 19 + Dex/Int mod of the driver
Hit Points: 45
Electronic and Physical Countermeasures
This is not one modification but several accomplishing similar ends. Reactive plating, adaptive camouflage, and regenerative countermeasures assist in making even an immobile vehicle harder to target with both close and ranged attacks.
Level I. +1 bonus to the vehicle's AC.
Level II. +2 bonus to the vehicle's AC.
Level III. +3 bonus to the vehicle's AC.
Reinforced Chassis
By strengthening the chassis with strut and sway bars, adding run-flat tires, and replacing key components with harder and lighter materials like carbon fiber, the vehicle can endure more punishment.
Level I. Vehicle gains +20 hit points.
Interlaced Armor Plating
Though it does increase weight, this modification attempts to maintain the overall appearance of the vehicle without any visible evidence of the increased protection. Normal windows are replaced with bulletproof glass. Aramid plates are inserted behind the body panels. Later upgrades involve upgrading the reinforced glass with even tougher ballistics glass, though windows no longer roll down, and a cursory examination reveals the heavy defense.
Grade I Property. Gain resistance to slashing from nonmagical weapons. Grade 1 provides optimal defense against most one-handed small arms.
Grade II Property. Gain resistance to bludgeoning from nonmagical weapons. The vehicle’s speed is reduced by 5 feet. Grade 2 increases small arm defense to include heavy caliber pistols.
Grade III Property. Gain resistance to piercing from nonmagical weapons. The vehicle’s speed is reduced by 5 feet. Grade 3 includes protection against most two-handed small arms.
