Exhaustion

Levels of Exhaustion. This Condition is cumulative. Each time you receive it, you gain 1 level of exhaustion. The effects of each level stack onto the effects of the previous level. You die if your exhaustion level exceeds 6. No death saving throws, you just die.

Level 1

Disadvantage on all ability checks. This is any time that you roll a d20 exluding an attack or saving throw.

Level 2

Speed and max vessel halved.

Level 3

Disadvantage on attack rolls and saving throws.

Level 4

Hit point maximum halved, and Vessel Regeneration reduced to 0.

Level 5

Speed and vessel reduced to 0

Level 6

Death

Ending the Condition.

Finishing a long rest reduces a creature's exhaustion level by 1, provided that the creature has also ingested some food and drink. When your exhaustion level reaches 0, you are no longer Exhausted.

Gaining Exhaustion.

You will gain a level in exhaution any time a rule or ability says that you do. Additionally, you will now gain a level of exhaustion if you drop to 0 hit points and for each failed death saving throw.
