Battle Cleric Class (1.3) - Adventurer Class

Battle Clerics go by many names and are found in every culture except for the Dark Elves that worship the Dark Lady. These holy warriors are often seen on the front line of the battle fields fighting alongside party members but are also needed to heal others and battle undead.  

Playing the Battle Cleric

This is a very important combat support class that is vital for a well rounded party. This class is also effective at fighting undead and their ilk. If you want to take advantage of the full benefits of the Battle Cleric you will need to wear appropriate armor. If you do not want to wear armor that is fine but you will not maximize the class's abilities. The class can be played on the front line of battle or to the rear supporting others. Notice that the Battle Cleric is one of the only classes that is not able to use a Dagger or Knife in combat, though your character could carry one for utility purposes.  

Abilities

Armor Allowed: Medium (Level 2)   Weapons Allowed: Stick, Club, One-Handed Mace, One-Handed Hammer  
Level 1
Shield Use: You can use basic or round shields.   Healing Touch: You can heal another player or NPC for 1 HP by touching them. You cannot use this ability on characters that are at 0 HP. This must be called out for each individual touch. This ability can be used in combat. This ability can be used two times per day per level and can be renewed   Mass Heal: This ability can be used during or outside of combat. Each member of your party, including yourself, is healed for 1 HP. This ability must be called out. This does not work on players already reduced to 0 HP. This ability can be used once per day (1x/day) and can be renewed.   Divine Scroll Training: You can Use Divine Scrolls.   Ghost Talker: You can communicate with Ghosts.  
Level 2
Holy Blast: This spell is represented by a white spell packet and does 2 points of damage on a hit. You must call out “Holy Blast” when throwing this spell pack. This spell can be blocked by shields and damage is reduced by APR. This spell deals double damage to undead, devils, and demons. Damage must be called out, including the extra damage to undead, devils, and demons if they are the target of the spell. This spell can be cast six times per day (6x/day) and can be renewed.

Improved Healing Touch: Your Healing Touch improves to heal 2 HP per touch.  
Level 5
Improved Holy Blast: Your Holy Blast spell improves to do 3 points of damage per spell. The damage is doubled against demons, devils, and undead.

Holy Defender: You may take the title and rank of Holy Defender. At the start of each event gain 10 GP as support from the church or your followers.   Expert Holy Blast: Your Holy Blast improves further to deal 4 points of damage per spell, and the damage is not reduced by APR. The damage is doubled against demons, devils, and undead.    
Level 8
Improved Mass Heal: Your Mass Heal ability improves to heal 2 HP to each party member.  
Level 9
Cultural Ability  
Level 10
High Patriarch/Matriarch: You gain the rank and title of High Patriarch or High Matriarch. At the start of each event gain 20 GP as support from the church or your followers.   Master Holy Blast: You master your Holy Blast ability. You deal 4 points of damage per spell. It can no longer be blocked by shields, is not reduced by APR, and does double damage to demons, devils, and undead.
