Purchase/Sell price:

  One character (PC or NPC) is designated as the Sales Agent. They then make 4 x DC15 Persuasion rolls. Successes minus Failures multiplied by 5% is Purchase Discount or Sale Premium applied to Base Cost. Critical Successes count at two Successes. Critical Failures count as two Failures. An Agent may only negotiate one Purchase or Sale per 10-day. Agents may only be switched at the end of a 10-day.
