Grew up in Rhynmouth. Parents came from Casare.
Gangs made life difficult, burning down smithy because parents wouldnt pay protection money. Since then takes every opportunity to disrupt & break up gangs, particularly those involved in protection. Lead to some tension with Paladin Order, which he felt was too slow and cumbersome to effectively tackle the gangs. His boss suggested he join the group in order to take on a more active role in gang fighting outside the order. The deal though is to gather information on Wallsingham, whom the Paladins suspect of being part of a bigger "Elite" sindicate.
