Luenix

Mischievous spirits, Luenix are a weaker type of Fallen, but no less troublesome in their own right. They are considered pests but not dangerous...usually.

Appearance

Small balls of flame that float around under their own power.

Behavior

They act like curious, and mischievious, little children. Often getting in the way of those working around a fire. They have a habit of setting things on fire and often so deliberately. If not watched and their numbers not carefully managed, they Luenix have been known to set anything flammable near them aflame. If these fires are not put out, it risks spawning more Luenix and eventually may draw the attention of a Salrit.
If a Salrit does appear, it's violent behavior causes the Luenix to go into a fire setting frenzy.

Abilities

Aside from their ability to float and move about, they have no special abilities. They are, however, hot to the touch, thus can burn, and even set alit, things they come into contact with.

Habitat

Similar to the much larger and more dangerous Salrit, they can only manifest near sources of heat, but require much less to do so. Due to this, they frequently show up around forges and even large campfires.

Trivia

Luenix are sometimes mistaken for the much more passive Sprites.
