Drow of the Shade Swamp

The Dark-Elves or Drow of the Shade Swamp have been excommunitcated from operating inside the borders of the Empire. Since the Empire forbid the practice of necromancy Drow were seen as rebels trying to circumvent the laws. Thus they fled to the Shade Swamp where they can openly practice their natural aptitude for necromacy without persecution.
