The city of outlaws, traders, elicit merchants, scholars and seekers. Poised at the eastern edge of the great sea of sand. All trade from the east wishing to cross the desert stops here. Only the desperate attempt to cross the center of the desert, and this is there last chance to turn north or south and take the longer journey.
