A newly formed street crew made up of displaced locals, ex-runners, and muscle from several smaller clicks trying to carve out a slice of Washington Park for themselves. They’ve got more heart than heat, but every block they take is earned in sweat and scraped knuckles. With faith, fists, and a few old saints watching, they’re not backing down anytime soon.

Coach Berryman – ex-gym teacher turned street tactician; quiet, disciplined, always watching.

Washington Park Old Rec Fieldhouse Basement (HQ) – A half-flooded locker room turned war room. Damp, cold, candle-lit. Their banners hang between broken shower stalls.
Basketball Courts at 53rd and Elizabeth – Neutral ground turned rally point. Crew meetings, stash drops, street sermons.
Notable Assets
A small but well-maintained stash of repurposed weapons from the now-defunct gang several of the members came from.
A sympathetic janitor in City Services who tips them to CPD sweeps and Veil operations.
Quirks
Each member wears a red-and-cream bandana, hand-stitched with a saint of their choosing.
Graffiti mixes scripture with protest slogans—“Blessed are the Outlaws”, “Resist the Veil”, etc.
Every member takes a “vow” on initiation—some swear loyalty, others celibacy, others blood.
There’s no Elm Street nearby—no one remembers where the name came from.
Situation
The Saints are boxed in, bruised up, and burning with belief. The Grand Dukes see them as amateurs at best—competition at worst. BCN is an every menacing monster. Meanwhile, the Veil in the park is waking up, and some of the Saints’ own rituals are starting to attract the wrong kind of attention. They’re split: some want to align with the Dukes, others whisper about joining the Sinners. They’re preaching loud, moving careful, and praying their next step isn’t their last.
