The Duchy of Perugia

A small but strategically important duchy linking the Duchy of Augusta to the Duchy of the Five Cities and hence to the Exarchate of R'varr.  While it is nominally ruled by its duke, the de facto ruler is the Arch-Cleric of Amon.
