Bryn Buga, Watcher's Hill

This small town is nestled in the hills overlooking the Wysg River to the west. The town is built into the hill, in a stepped fashion, topped by a graceful palace that is now used as a combined Town Hall, Justice Center, and Court.

Demographics

Bryn Buga is a forest town, comprised mostly of humans and halflings. There are several gnomish clans with ties to the town, and it is not unusual to encounter half-elves as well. Although there are rumors of elf communities in the wood, elves will only be seen on very rare occasions.

Industry & Trade

The inhabitants include ironmongers, wheel and wainwrights, chest makers, barrel makers, bow makers, fletchers, carpenters, and wood workers of all sorts. Woodcutters supply fuel necessary for large-scale pottery and blacksmith operations. Taking advantage of the ready supply of wood fuel, the town also has weapon smiths and armorers. Those who live on the outskirts of the town include swineherds, charcoal-burners, and colliers.

Infrastructure

There is a stone bridge spanning the Wysg and docks for river trade. The town also features a busy mill, a forge, and cobbled streets, with a drainage system to rival that of Caerleon and Caerdyff.
