Divine Origins

The Twelve-Fold Ward

It was then in our darkest times that the family of eldest Gods of Ur united in their noble cause, the banishment of the Titans from our realm. In that dark realm, devoid of order or peace, where the unseen elements of mortal life reveled in the untold anarchy of Titanic life, the twelve removed themselves from Ur in a divine union that spanned the entire realm. The Eleven, of unique virtues and of contradicting ends put aside their differences and ascended to the ends of Ur itself forming an Eleven Fold Barrier.
From this, a sacred Twelfth was born for it had changed the essence of Fate itself- and the Auspice consecrated their union in the most Holy of Covenants. One by one the Titans fell under the Divine Union of their people and through their unity the Twelve became a living barrier against their dark influence.

Sects

The worship of the Dodecatheon as a whole is uniformly maintained by the varied peoples of Ur, sectarianism is the main mode of operation to the pantheon's worshipers. The twelve Gods or Aspects each have their own unique following of worshipers and frequently come into direct conflict with each other, as the Gods no longer can walk the world they protect. The Aspects in Order they appear on the Auspicious Ward is as follows:
