Maiko the City of Rain
There is a rift to the elemental plane of water above Maiko creating the perpetual downpour that the city experiences. The city has incorporated this from water transportation systems to areas with musical effects from the raindrops, and from farm irrigation systems to aquaculture's.
The outer circle are the farm lands that supply Azor with most of the food. Many of the crops fall outside the perpetual rain as to not drown their crops.
