Skylight

Skylight is a village separated into two main areas, a smaller above ground desert town in Unseelie Court territory and an larger underground reflection of a mushroom grove turned city in the Court of Night.

Demographics

Upper Skylight

The above ground section of this town is a smaller population primarily composed of Human settlers, though there are a few Nocker and Boggart residents as well. This part of the city does have a fairly large portion of temporary or seasonal residents that use this town as a port to the Sea of Bubbling Sands. These groups are comprised of any number of races and largely live in the impermanent housing and tavern options that are abundant in the upper city.

Lower Skylight

The below ground section of the city is mainly comprised of a creature that is native only really to this town, Cordys. This population has a symbiotic relationship with the upper town as Cordys rely on a supply of dead bodies to reproduce. Hence the population of the lower town all have bodies of people from the upper town that have died, hence they mostly look like humans and Nockers, though there are a few that have taken the bodies of travelers that had died in Skylight.
