Mieralia
First discovered by a sand sailor by the name of Robert, Mieralia is a city built in the remains of a massive whale-like creature, later learned to be an Astrow from the Consortium of Stars. Now loosely established as the safest and most sustainable area in the Magical Wastes , this rag tag and rambunctious port is predominately looked after by Jonathan, Robert’s son. Travellers return with tales of odd gravitational effects within the tall ribs of the beast in which the city is vertically built.
Government
Mieralia is governed like a pirate republic, lead by the captains of the sand sailor vessels and minor gang leaders that govern their own people. While there is no central government or official leader, most respect Jonathan Sands as the interim leader when problems or conflicts arise. He rarely uses this power given to him unless people specifically ask of him to intervene.
