Appearance

Decay rarely forms into a single form or creature. Most of the time, Decay is a network of mycelium underground. This interconnected network of mushrooms forms the main consciousness and power that is Decay.

In the rare circumstances that they take a single form, a large mound of fungal growth covered in decaying plants and interwoven with bugs and worms can be seen, but more easily smelled from a distance.
