Coral Harbour

A fishing and naval village in the south of Unseelie territory.

Government

The town is run by the best fisherman in town. Once a year in the prime of fishing season, the town runs a fishing competition that crowns the largest catch the new Mayor. The mayor has more or less absolute power, given that they can enforce it, but mostly govern out of gained respect from the rest of the sailors and fishermen.
