Viceroy Pinas Twofoot

The current Viceroy of Cumond is 82 year old halfling male Pinas Twofoot. As current ruler of one of the more protected and wealthy areas in Daly, many of the other Parlimentarians find him impossibly flippant, being as he spends much of his time organising balls and galas for the wealthy of Thunmalt, and the rest of his time organising festivals and fetes. Somehow it's working for him, though- any hint of criticisim of him in his region is met with immediate and quietly fierce resistance from his citizens, and they hold a vast amount of affection for him as one who recognises that those who work hard also deserve to play hard. Cumond Province only hold elections for Viceroy on the deth or retirement of the previous, so it is likely Pinas will be in control of the wealthy heartlands for some time yet.
