Tiamat

The Avaricious, The Undying Queen, The Dragon Queen, Tiamat is the Neutral Evil goddess of trickery and death for all chromatic dragons. Her form is primarily a dragon with 5 heads, each a different chromatic colour, although she has also been known to take the form of a seductive humanoid female. 
She is not one of the major gods of Daly, but there are a small number of dragonborn (and a larger number of kobolds) that worship her within the kingdom's bounds.
