The Long Watch

Formed primarily of retired military and naval officers and representatives of the Merchant's Alliance, the Long Watch has responsibility for security and trade throughout the mainland territories. There are rumours they have recently been asked to look at building several new towns, just in case the island needs to have safe harbour for refugees from the monsters.
