Elf

Elves were the initial race to settle Daly, and you'll still find remote elven enclaves tucked away in the deep wilds untouched by the civilisation of the Kingdom. The Elvish bloodlines weave in and out of many famlies in Daly, but especially the royal family, with many half-elves across almost every region.
The sole remaining Elven city is Avenel, at the northern edge of the Bour Forest. In order to preserve their culture here, they only allow Elves inside the city proper, although they have been known to grant special dispensation for Half-Elf relatives and even questing adventuring parties for a very limited time.
