Baronet
Baronets are not considered 'administrative' nobles, and rarely hold power over more than their immediate estates. They are not members of the peerage, and as such rarely sit in Dalian Parliament unless they have another role that would grant them a seat.
Those estates can be quite extensive, however, usually encompassing several square miles of pasture, cropland and woodland as well as various small hamlets.
Baronets vary between hereditary and honorific, although honorific baronets typically give way to hereditary in social situations.
Baronets are referred to as Baronet or Baronette {Estate} of {Region}, e.g. Baronet Avonfields of Cumond
