Ulchabhán Kith

Of the owl race the Snowy Owl's live in the mountains, which suit their unique trait of a ring of fluffy feathers around their neck. Living in the secluded mountain top keeps them from the persecution of those who would deem them as freaks.
They share their village with Alpacas who share the same trait with a ring of fur around their necks.
