Commander of Haer'in Vétrav Vael Issilar (a.k.a. Smoke-Eye)

A former Ranger of the Zín'hir Rangers, Vétrav has always been talented with Bow and Gun. After suffering a leg injury to a Harpy while hunting in Harpy Hills he was forced to retire. He was then offered the position of Commander in the Haer'in Militia, which he accepted. He can often be found limping around the Haer'in Training Camp.
