Tief-Land (θiːf lænd)
Tief-Land is the only nation of Hell's Gate that we know of. They live in tiny hamlets around lakes of lava and sell Black Powder, Obsidian, and various other treasure of the Hell's Gate to us.
Structure
The nation is built by deals. Each of its citizen seems to have a deal with at least one other citizen. It's been called a special form of tribalism, where the tribes are developed from the circle of citizen that have made deals with each other.

They have developed a rivalry with the Violet Throne, but are otherwise a fairly quiet nation.

Only Tieflings, due to the hostile environment (unbearable heat) for other species.

Unknown, likely none.
