Third Eye of Al Tallim (θɜːd aɪ ɒv ɒl taːlːim)

The Third Eye of Al Tallim, was the title of the acting Ruler of Jer Tallim, who was also pretty much the leader of Vin Tallim.
The reason for the title's existence was that technically the Ruler and God-Emperor is Al Tallim, however due to the Leviathans inactive state, the Third Eye was borrowing the right to rule, until Al Tallim requires it again.
Otherwise it was pretty much the same as Ruler.

History

The title became outdated once Al Tallim disappeared.
