Tanat is a nation of primarily Tieflings and fire Genasi that live in the hot, lava and ash filled Region of Lep-tiz Lavoz. The inhabitants of Tanat have accustomed themselves to the boiling heat of the region, but the volcanic ash is still harmful to their lungs, which is why they cover their mouths with Filtration Masks.
