Stoneport

Stoneport started as a place where criminals would escape towards to leave for Havel Island. It slowly grew into its own settlement over time, especially as it became a perfect port for Smugglers of the islands to bring stuff into the Region of Ruano'rin due to the distance from Ruanon and thus the lack of imperial Guards.

Demographics

It started as a place where former criminals who couldn't afford a Boat escaped to, but due to its black market's popularity it has grown quite a bit in size and activity.

Government

Even though the settlement has since been claimed by the empire, the leadership is still incredibly corrupt and plays into the hands of criminals for profit.
