Spell Gun

Spell Guns enable those wielding it to fire offensive projectile Magic from Spell Scrolls. Most designs can only be loaded with Cantrip scrolls, however a recent modern designs allows level 1 Spells too with a sideways flicker that can rewrite Chromatic Orb Spell Scroll damage types.
With Spell Guns one does not have to be a Mage to use offensive Magic anymore.

Mechanics & Inner Workings

Martial ranged weapon. Ammunition (Spell Scroll), light, loading, versatile. Ranged magical attacks fired from the Spell Gun use your strength or dexterity modifier + proficiency. Spells with saves fired from the Spell Gun have a spell save DC of 10 + strength or dexterity modifier + proficiency.
