Spell Scroll

Magical Scrolls contain a single Cantrip or Spell that activates when a Blood Crystal is touched to the scroll. Upon contact with the crystal, Magic travels through the Magical Ink written on the scroll - its lines creating the Somatic components, and the silent humming of the Magic flying through the lines triggering the Verbal components.
A Spell Scroll that holds a Spell with consumed material components still needs to consume them, the Blood Crystals have to be crushed in a way that the Spell Scroll's surface touches them. (It is usually done mid-air, as the scroll is waved around in the falling dust.)
