Sizrek was a red Dragonborn criminal that following a brief relationship with Amra Tripoli married a local of Sinterié where he has murdered his adopted son from this relationship with seemingly no motive.
He was later seen with Amra Tripoli, but has never been caught and brought to justice. However it seemed like his offence was one-time only as he hasn't killed any of his adopted children with her.
He's assumed to have passed of old age.
