Ruler of New Athelor R0-B3RT , the Ruler of Two Athelors (a.k.a. The Host)

R0-B3RT ws the Ruler of Athelor before the World Council Building got relocated to the Region of Evercloud. He was known for being the first Forged Ruler and for being rather sophisticated.
Following the relocation of the World Council Building, R0-B3RT was offered to become the Ruler of New Athelor, which he proudly accepted.
He hosts all the meetings of the World Council.
