Portal of Dwarovar - Inner
The inner zone of the Portal of Dwarovar was built as a neutral buffer zone, in order to delay teleportations and have a place to resolve conflicts in case of a confrontation between the two settlements the portal is built between. It's a larger cavern system somewhere in the Underdark of Dwarovar that now Gau Dwarovar controls.
Purpose / Function
Have a mutually defensible neutral area between the two sides of the portal.
Alterations
Chambers were built around the entrance points to make sure they are usable even if there's a cave in.
History
The portal of Dwarovar got an inner buffer zone due to tensions between the two nations that the portal got built between - Gau Dwarovar and Wariés.
Following the Wariés - Gau Dwarovar war and the closing of the Portal of Dwarovar - Bilta its entirety became an Underdark territory of Gau Dwarovar.
